Scanty and Kneesocks were the sisters of darkness, and the archenemies of Panty and Stocking. They were the antagonistic rivals that faced before on Daten City, creating mayhem at first glance.

Scanty and Kneesocks are the counterparts and rivals of Panty and Stocking, serving them as major antagonists of Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. The sisters had red-colored skin to accommodate demonic reflections, with yellow and green eyes, and fangs. Scanty had usually long green spiky hair, whilst Kneesocks had light blue hair, glasses, and a conical horn. They wears a plan beige uniform, complete with a mini-beige skirt, suit and crimson ties, and wears symbols on their left arms that resembles Batman emblem.
Personality[]
Described as very intelligent, cold, and pragmatic, Scanty and Kneesocks are obsessed with rules, claiming that rules to solve the chaotic state. Scanty is quite excitable, and tempestuously frustrated when these things never disappear. Kneesocks is calmer and more reserved in a similar way, in which Stocking is more level-headed. In addition, she is very intelligent to the others, as she uses elaborate trickery to battle against Panty and Stocking. Following the sisters training, and granted the job of assistants and agents, Scanty and Kneesocks to seek vengeance against others in the city.
