Ritsuko Akagi is a Human female chief scientist of NERV, who was responsible for research and development of all Evangelion. She is in command of NERV Headquarters located below the GeoFront, hoping for repairs, maintenance, construction of Tokyo-3's defenses and battlefield properties, and upkeeping the MAGI Supercomputers. Following the inception of WILLE, Ritsuko Akagi became second-in-command, in order to battle against the remaining forces of evil in the entire galaxy.
